I am a family law attorney licensed to practice in the State of California. I am also a family mediator offering divorce mediation in San Jose, California.
In my work, I focus on divorce and family mediation. I strongly believe that mediation is a valid and often better-suited alternative to litigation.
After moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2000, I worked as a law clerk for a family law attorney. I later attended law school and graduated in 2006. During this time, I also volunteered at a nonprofit organization.
After opening my own family law office in San Jose, California, I quickly realized that not all cases must be litigated and that many couples dealing with divorce could be better helped in mediation.
I trained in mediation and divorce mediation at the Northern California Mediation Center. I also completed the Mediating Divorce Agreement course offered by James C. Melamed, Esq. through Mediate.Com. I continue to attend classes and seminars in mediation and family law.
